A place to breathe, unpack, and grow.

 

At The Healing Space, therapy isn’t just about working through hard things — it’s about reclaiming your story, rediscovering your strengths, and feeling safe to be your full self. This solo practice was created with one goal in mind: to offer a warm, down-to-earth environment where you can show up exactly as you are and know that’s enough.

Whether you’re an adult or senior navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or just feeling stuck, our work together is grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and compassion. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, ERP, ACT and DBT while tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and pace.

This is a deeply human space where therapy feels personal, flexible, and real.

I offer a space for adults where you can feel safe, heard, and supported without judgment. I bring compassion, curiosity, and a little bit of humor into the room because sometimes laughter really is healing.


I’ll meet you where you are, listen closely to what matters most to you, and work with you to find practical tools that actually make a difference. I use evidence-based practices like CBT, ERP, and EMDR, but I also believe in the power of simply being human together. Whether you’re untangling old patterns or just trying to make it through a hard season, you don’t have to do it alone.
