A warm line is a free, confidential peer-support phone service for individuals who need someone to talk to, are feeling lonely, overwhelmed, anxious, or simply need emotional support. Unlike a crisis line, warm lines are intended for non-emergency situations and are staffed by trained peers with lived experience.
If therapy with me isn't financially feasible right now, I encourage you to explore resources such as Open Path Collective, university training clinics, and local community mental health agencies that may offer reduced-fee counseling services. Please contact these organizations directly to verify current fees, availability, and insurance participation.
